How to Join UT AMSA and Pay Dues!

1) If you are a new member, fill out the new member form and sign up for the newsletter

3) If you are a new member, create a new account at “New User?”

4) Update your profile. If you are not prompted to update your profile, click Membership Options.

5) Select the membership option that is best for you. If your national or local dues have already been paid, they will not appear as an option.

6) Join Hornslink and Discord!

Our Server Link is: https://discord.gg/xYHj9Hs. You will need to be verified as a member in order to fully access the server – make sure your Discord nickname is your FIRST AND LAST NAME or you can’t be verified!

7) Set Up Your Member Profile Page

Register. Create your own username and password to view your points, member status, and previous events!

Member Status Tiers

Click here for a document detailing the specific benefits offered to each tier of active membership!

Bronze (Active Member)

Obtain at least:

4 meeting points

4 volunteer points

4 social points

2 fundraising points

2 medical resources points

Obtain 4 more points so that your total number of points adds up to 20. These additional points could be of any category of your choosing.

Silver (Officer Eligible)

Obtain at least:

4 meeting points

4 volunteer points

4 social points

2 fundraising points

2 medical resources points

Obtain 14 more points so that your total number of points adds up to 30. These additional points could be of any category of your choosing.

Gold (Officer Eligible)

Obtain at least:

4 meeting points

4 volunteer points

4 social points

2 fundraising points

2 medical resources points

Obtain 24 more points so that your total number of points adds up to 40. These additional points could be of any category of your choosing.

Platinum (Officer Eligible)

Obtain 15 points, comprised of at least:

3 meeting points

3 volunteer points

3 social points

2 fundraising points

2 medical resources points

Platinum membership is a special distinction reserved for AMSA members that have been active for at least four semesters total, as well as for current or past officers of the executive board. To reward their efforts and dedication, platinum members pay reduced dues and have fewer point requirements.
