Events Calendar

Please use the calendar and sign up for events! Not all events require sign-up sheets, and some events require additional registration procedures so read the directions carefully. If you have any questions, contact the event coordinators in charge of the event!

Event Policies:

  • Event sign-up sheets will be opened one week prior to the day of the event at 7:30 am. Certain sign-up sheets will be opened two weeks in advance, and members will be notified of this beforehand. 
  • If the sign-up sheet is full, please put yourself on the waitlist at the bottom of the sheet. Do NOT add or change the number of spots prepared by the event coordinators. If the waitlist is full and a spot opens up on the main sign-up section, do NOT add your name there. Instead, add your name to the bottom of the waitlist.
  • Make sure to fill out all columns when signing up for an event–failure to do so will result in your removal from the sign-up sheet.
  • Confirmation e-mails will be sent out at 8:00 am two days prior to the event date. 
  • If you can no longer attend the event or have other issues with attending, then the event coordinator(s) must be notified of these cancellations/issues by 11:59pm on the same day the confirmation e-mail is sent out. Failure to remove your name from the sheet and notify the coordinator(s) of cancellations by this time will result in a single point deduction.
